Pag-IBIG Fund (Home Development Mutual Fund or HDMF) now has a hotline, Facebook, chat and email facilities for inquiries, suggestions and complaints. Members can now inquire 24 hours a day, 7 days a week about the Fund’s housing programs, Short-Term Loan (STL) Program, Membership Identification Number (MID), Membership Savings, status of and procedure for loan applications, requirements for loan availment and other questions or concerns in connection with membership with the Fund.
