Smart 


1. Smart Person Finder. Look for your family using your Smart phone. Text FIND <Name of loved one><Mobile number> and send to 386.

2. Emergency PasaLoad. Ask for emergency load by dialing *808 + number of family or friend. Example: *80809188123456

3. Dial *SOS (*767). Send three text messages and P1 airtime even without load. Just dial *767.

4. PAGASA SMS Updates. To register for free, text ULAN <space> REG <space> NAME/ADDRESS/AGE to 717-ULAN (7178256).


Talk ‘N Text 


Talk ‘N Text subscribers can also use the same services above. In addition, they can use the following:

5. Sakloload All-Net. Dial *7572 and get four texts to all networks and P1 airtime even when you have zero balance.

6. Sakloload On-Net. Dial *SOS or *767 and get free three texts to Smart/Talk ‘N Text and P1 airtime even when you no longer have load.  The Sakloload will be deducted in your next top-up.


Sun Cellular


For Sun Cellular subscribers, get emergency services hotline directory for free. Just dial *922#.   

Tourists may also get emergency numbers or that of their embassies in case they need help while traveling in the Philippines. Just download the Sun Cellular Tourist Assistance Portal app for Android devices.
