Yahoo! to commuters of LRT 1!

Light Rail Manila Corporation, the operator of LRT 1, announced it will provide free rides to commuters on New Year's Day, January 1, 2018, between 7:00–9:00 a.m. and 5:00–7:00 p.m. in all LRT 1 stations. Passengers need not purchase tickets or use their stored value Beep cards during those times but may go straight to the service gates.
